The visual and qualitative design of the Tesla Model S corresponds to that of an upper-middle-class sedan. Optionally, the electric car is available with black-and-white or cream interior for an additional charge. A HEPA air filtration system is standard, utilizing an activated carbon filter to keep odors, nitrogen oxides, and hydrocarbon gases away from the cabin. Additionally, you’ll find a premium audio system with satellite radio, seat heating for all occupants, and a heated steering wheel. The trunk is noteworthy, boasting a substantial 804 liters of capacity.
All-Wheel Drive Innovation with Power
The nearly 5-meter-long Tesla is equipped with two motors, each directly mounted on the two axles. This configuration provides all Tesla Model S models with a permanent all-wheel drive. Due to the direct axle mounting, the entire drivetrain has only 17 moving parts, making these vehicles less prone to wear compared to traditional gasoline or diesel counterparts. The two motors deliver an impressive 422 horsepower. Depending on the configuration, the Tesla Model S variants house different battery packs.
